見積もりを依頼するにはどうすればよいですか？How can I request a quote?
お見積りのご依頼は、弊社ウェブサイトのお問い合わせフォームにプロジェクトの詳細をご記入いただくだけで結構です。折り返しご連絡いたします。

納期はどのくらいですか？What is your turnaround time?
案件によって納期は異なります。ラベルなどは1日程度、ウェブサイトは最大3ヶ月程度が目安です。プロジェクト開始前に詳しい納期をお知らせいたします。
Turnaround times vary by project. For example, simple designs like labels may take as little as 1 day, while more complex projects such as websites can take up to 3 months. A detailed timeline will be provided before work begins.
支払い条件はどのようになっていますか？What are your payment terms?
制作開始前に、お見積もり金額の半額を着手金としてお願いしております。残りは納品時にお支払いをお願いしております。ご入金確認後に制作を開始いたします。
A 50% deposit is required to begin the project, with the remaining balance payable upon final delivery. Work will commence once the deposit is received.
修正は承っていますか？Do you offer revisions?
はい、最終デザインがお客様のご希望に沿うよう、2回までの修正は無料で対応しております。3回目以降は別途料金が発生いたします。
Yes, I offer up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. From the third revision onwards, additional fees may apply.
お支払い方法は？What payment methods do you accept?
お支払いは、銀行振込にてお願いしております。振込先の詳細は請求書に記載いたします。
I currently accept bank transfer (direct deposit). Payment details will be included on the invoice.
